ABOVE ALL

If I were the parent in the poem, I will be as strict as the father in the poem does. Why? Because every parent should discipline their child by being strict so that they know, their limitations and they will not disobey you. It is also the responsibility of a father to discipline his/her child but in a good way. Strictness does not mean they do not trust you but is for your own good, it is also the way of a father so that his/her child respects him as a parent. A father being strict is the way in which he shows how he really cares for his/her child.
Being a strict father to your child is for the sake of giving them guidance and that gives them a respectable personality. However, there is a positive effect and negative effect of being strict. The positive effect is that your child will grow up to be disciplined, respectful and in control of their limits while the negative effect is that if you control them too much they will rebel against you and search for freedom, that leads them to doing outrageous things.
In all things, there are positive and negative effects but if things are balanced then the chance of the situation turning out to be problematic is low. As a parent we should also know what’s too much and what is not enough for our child. We must understand them above all.
